This will launch Denemo – it takes a long time to launch the first time you use it. (It is a Windows Batch file, Denemo.bat). This gives you a folder called denemo-2.6, double click on that and then double click on the file Denemo in that folder. Unpack (“Extract”) the downloaded file (denemo-mingw-2.6.0.zip) by right-clicking and choosing Extract. To do this download the 2.6 compressed file to a convenient place (a USB stick if you want to carry it around with you).

Users of Debian (and derivatives, e.g.OpenSUSE and Fedora can use packages created by Edgar.This is an AppImage – just download it, make it executable (chmod a+x denemo_2.5.1.AppImage) and execute it (./denemo_2.5.1.AppImage) – no root permissions or sudo needed.
